Therapy needs should be explicitly outlined in the individual’s NDIS plan, specifying the types of therapy required and the expected outcomes.

Medical Evidence:

Documentation from healthcare professionals detailing the nature of the disability and its impact on daily life.

Support Plan:

An NDIS plan or other formal support plan that includes the need for therapeutic services.
